Carriers
Most-Models.com cooperates with PostNL, DHL and DPD for fast deliveries. Outside the Netherlands, these carriers often work with local partners, which you can follow via your track and trace.
Delivery options
The delivery options are selectable in the check-out. Some delivery options have additional costs attached, this is shown as a choice in the check-out.
- With Standard delivery, the parcel will be presented at least once at the door of the address you provided. If nobody is at home, it will be tried at a neighbour's address. If this also fails, in some cases a second delivery attempt will take place or your parcel will be taken to a Pick-up Point where you can collect it after notification. Always keep an eye on your track and trace for the latest updates.
- Choose a Pick-up Point? You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the carrier when your parcel is ready at your Pick-up Point. Please note that 'large parcels' cannot be sent to a Pick-up Point.
At Most-Models.com, we understand that time is of the essence. Our delivery time is a guideline that we meet 95% of the time through our carriers, but sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. We make every effort to meet your needs, but reserve the right to adjust delivery options if necessary at the time. Therefore, it is always smart to keep an eye on your track and trace. Deliveries outside Europe and non-EU countries
Outside Europe, customs in the destination country can sometimes cause delays, depending on that country's specific rules and procedures. Please note that unfortunately we cannot deliver all products outside Europe, including enamel and lacquer paints, aerosols, glue and items with batteries.
In addition, we would like to make you aware of possible additional costs, such as VAT, customs duties and clearance charges, which may be borne by the customer outside Europe and for non-EU countries. These charges may vary and are usually collected by the local carrier before the package can be delivered. Their application may differ based on the laws and regulations of the receiving country. Therefore, it is always advisable to check your local laws in advance regarding incoming goods from abroad.
