Returns

We aim for you to be thrilled with your purchase. In the unlikely event that this is not the case and you want to return something, no worries! The process is simple and transparent. Check out the steps and conditions for returning below.

Steps of the return process

1. Complete the form below within 14 days of receiving your product.
2. Print this form via the button on the right side of this page and add it to your package.
3. Send the form to us digitally via the button below the form.
4. Pack your product properly and do not forget to enclose the return form.
5. Purchase your own return label from a carrier of your choice.
6. Send the return package to Most-Models.com. See address and details below.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Because you cannot judge the product properly beforehand, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days for distance selling. Within this period, you can let us know if you wish to return the product. You will then receive a refund (after proper receipt of the returned product) within 14 days, including the shipping costs. (Not the return shipping costs!) The purchase agreement is thus dissolved.
• Please fill in the return form and enclose it with the product you are returning, also send the form digitally via this page.
• The product must be complete, unused, undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging.
• You must treat the product you wish to return with care.
• Damaged and used products cannot be returned.
• The (shipping) costs for returns are at your own expense.
• Any damage occurring during transport to our branch will be at your own expense. Please ensure that the products are packed securely.
• When you return a product and the product meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
