General
Most-models.com mainly sells model kits that still need to be put together and are therefore not ready-to-use, unless stated otherwise. All prices quoted are in Euros including "high" sales tax (VAT). Should promised payments not be credited to our account after 8 days, we consider the order cancelled. The goods remain the property of Most-Models.com until they are paid in full.
It is important that we have a correct contact address, (postal address, e-mail address, telephone number) from you so that we can reach you to discuss any shortcomings on our part. Moreover, there is always the possibility that an article you ordered is temporarily unavailable, or has expired completely. Again, personal contact will be necessary to find alternatives or arrange a refund, provided that you cannot derive any rights from what is on offer.
Safety
None of our products are suitable for children under 3 years old. This due to possible choking hazard.
Manual
For any product, always consult the manual before using the product. Always follow the manual and keep it in case of problems. The manual also always contains important (contact) details of the manufacturer.
