Description
The single-seat "Corsair" was the Navy's last US-built propeller-driven fighter. Its unique appearance with inverted bent wings made it suitable as a carrier aircraft, but it was flown by U.S. Marine Corps pilots from runways in the Pacific and enjoyed a special postwar career in Korea.
Fold-out wings, retractable landing gear and retractable doors.
Three external drop tanks as optional armament, two 1000-pound bombs and eight missiles under the wings
