Description

The Bismarck was next to the Tirpitz the largest battleship in World War II. The 251 m long ship was put into service on 08/24/1940.

After completing the training trips, she took part in the Rhine exercise company. On May 24th, 1941 she sank the British battle cruiser H.M.S. in a sea battle off Greenland. Hood. Then the Bismarck, damaged at the bow, set course for a French port. In pursuit of British ships and aircraft, the ship was shot down on May 27, 1941 and sank in the Atlantic. Finely structured components with rivets and recessed sheet metal joints authentically reproduce this imposing battleship. Other features of the kit are, among other things, the movable turrets, with individual movable tubes.
