The Corsair is considered one of the best fighter planes of the US Navy in WW2. Feared by the Japanese enemy, who nicknamed it Whispering Death, it fought from 1943 to 1945 on the Pacific Pacific theater of war, achieving record-breaking success. The Corsair's Corsair's concentrated firepower consisted of six 12.7mm Browning MGs.
