The Tamiya 58740 RC Porsche 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 is built on the beginner-friendly BT-01 chassis, which offers six different drivetrain and chassis variations. It features an adjustable wheelbase (257mm or 251mm) and can be configured with a front or mid-mounted motor, with either front or rear-wheel drive, just like real cars. This model includes a 540 Torque-Tuned motor, an electronic speed controller, independent suspension, shock absorbers, and racing tires.

The kit comes with silver color wheels (narrow front and wide rear) but without inner sponges for the tires. The set also includes separately molded plastic parts for the side mirrors. Please note that the provided body requires painting.
