1:72 Revell 63171 PzKpfw V Panther Ausf.G (Sd.Kfz. 171) - Model Set Plastic Model kit
The G-version was the most produced variant of the Pzkpfw V Panther and replaced the A-version, which had been in production since 1944. The chassis was designed to be more affordable, and further improvements were continuously integrated into the production. Vehicles of the final version featured, among other things, an adapted engine deck and a reshaped road cover. With its 7.5 cm 42L/70 tank gun and bullet-resistant shapes, the Panther proved to be a dangerous opponent. The V-12-cylinder Maybach HL 230P30 gasoline engine, with a maximum output of 700 hp, allowed the 44,800 kg Panther Ausf. G to reach a top speed of up to 55 km/h. The crew consisted of five men.
