On this page you will find the privacy statement of Most-Models.com (also: "Respondent"). Respondent has its registered office and place of business in (3088 EC) Rotterdam at Van Maasdijkweg 29 and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 78379237.

Most-Models.com considers careful processing and security of personal data important. When processing personal data, we comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. We also inform you how you can make corrections.

Processing of personal data
We process and use the following data:

1. all personal data you provide to Most-Models.com, for example when sending an (e-mail) message to Most Models, when concluding an agreement or when filling in a (web) form. This includes data such as name and address details, telephone number(s) and e-mail address.
2. If you make a purchase, we will normally only collect the personal data we need to deliver the relevant product. When concluding an agreement, you will be asked for your name, e-mail address, telephone number and payment details. If we ask for further data from you, such information will only need to be provided on a voluntary basis;
3. cookies are stored when visiting our website. Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make user experiences more efficient. By law, we are allowed to store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the use of the site (functional cookies). We require consent for all other types of cookies;

Newsletter
We offer a newsletter, through which we inform interested parties of news about our corporate activities. Your e-mail address is only added to the list of subscribers with your express permission. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe yourself. If you have provided your personal data to receive the newsletter, your personal data will be kept for as long as you wish to receive our newsletter. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will delete your personal data immediately. The newsletter file will not be shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to info@most-models.com.

Storage of data
We do not store personal data longer than necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected. All this unless it conflicts with a statutory retention period, technical or organisational requirements or other legal obligations.

Provision to third parties
The data collected by us are necessary to achieve the purposes described above. Only if provision of the data to third parties ("processors") is necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes (e.g. in connection with the provision of services in respect of products and/or services provided by us), and you have consented to the use of data, we will make your data available to these third parties. The data will only be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).

We handle data processing with extreme care. Most-Models.com continuously takes measures to secure data against loss, or any form of unlawful processing. Most Models takes the protection of data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. Our website is secured by means of an SSL certificate. All our employees and all third parties involved in data processing are obliged to comply with the AVG and to guarantee the confidentiality of the processing of personal data.

If we transfer or receive data on our website, we always use the encryption technologies recognised as common standards within the IT sector. If we receive or transfer certain critical information, such as for example financial information or health information, we use a secure server. We have implemented the necessary security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorised use or alteration of information we receive on our site.

Right to inspect, correct and delete personal data
You can receive information at any time free of charge about the data we store about you, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing. In addition, you have a legal right to rectification, blocking and deletion of your personal data. You can submit a request for access, correction or deletion to us by sending an e-mail to info@most-models.com. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within twenty (20) working days.
